Se declaró que el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Meta es el competente para conocer de la tutela formulada mediante apoderado por la ciudadana de la referencia, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Art. 86 de la Constitución Política y 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
En consecuencia, se ordenó que por Secretaría General de esta Corporación se remitan oportunamente las diligencias al citado Tribunal, al Despacho del Magistrado al cual le fueron inicialmente repartidas.
